Found in the members tab of the Bedrock Realm edit settings. After removing someone from the Realm, the "removed" text that I assume is meant for right under the name, drops downs to in front of the name that followed the banned user. This is fixed by getting out of the start menu, but to rejoin the menu, it takes forever. This makes controlling the whitelist very time consuming.
