When I sign in to my Xbox account on Mcpe it crashes when I log in and when I try to join my friend's worlds it says unable to connect to the world every time and them pops up help.mo.jang.com then there a thing that says error nine or some times zero. I've tried everything in the book putting my setting in MCPE to the lowest that I could put them and uninstalling MCPE and then reinstalling it and, I did the same thing with the Xbox app to and that didn't work at all but I'm not going to the extreme and factory resting my iPad and I'm using Minecraft ios version 1.14.30. I told Microsoft about this problem to I don't know what to do I just what to play this awesome game with my friends.
