The book in the enchantment table ui displays the incorrect enchantment table lever. The enchantment table had more than 15 bookshelves in range and offered a level 30 enchantment. However the under the book on the table UI showed it could only give a level 23 enchantment.

I used sticky pistons to move the bookshelves up to the level of the enchantment table. And I was given a level 30 enchantment instead of a level 23 one.
