I have theese problems on MCPE

When i break block, it starts bugging up and down, i can take it like 5 seconds later, also when i eat, the food doesnt decrease and food bar doesnt increase, also mobs are super laggy and super slow, i had active texture pack (outlined ores) and i think it broke my game. Iam playing on Xiaomi redmi note 5, beta version 1.16.0.51
