I've had this issue where my world would crash when I try to load it, and each time it would crash the screen that checks for the problem crash would either stay at 0% or only go up to 35% so I can't report the issue directly from my PS4. I always end up having to restart my console after the crash report screen would fade to an only blue screen. I'm having a hard time finding any information on this error or anyone else who had this happen too, but I posted a short video on YouTube of what happens and I found that there are multiple others experiencing this.
