Hi my friend has downloaded Minecraft PE on their phone a few days ago and everything has been running smoothly. Until today, first they had a problem with entering their world and now they can't sign in. It is just loading and it won't load. They tried deinstalling the app and restarting the phone but nothing works. Please help, thank you.
