Firstly I have no idea about the version of the game as requested.

i have the app on my daughters iPad and it has become the most frustrating game we have ever downloaded. The game continually crashes at varying stages if the start up, but mostly  have chosen the realm to enter. It also will not allow me to log in with my MS account which is active. i have tried every troubleshooting option I can find with a google search and the only thing I have not done is a factory reset of my iPad, something I have no intention of doing as I can't see how this disruptive remedy should have to be done to fix your buggy app. Please advise how I can fix s continual crashing app.
