When i put something like

/effect @p regeneration 10 0 in a Repeat Command Block

The regeneration doesnt regenerate life like its supposed to, it regenerates it super fast, like an instant_health, Look the video for example

Also for Health_Boost, it doesnt work at all on other mobs except player
