Two bugs: 1. Sometimes Basalt and Polished Basalt (hasn't happened with any other block to what I know) will be placed but won't be seen to other players and is essentially invisible and doesn't count down in block count. Also isn't able to be thrown unless you throw the stack out via inventory.

2. Constant suffocation when mining (strip mining, ancient debris mining, etc.) Seems to occur often when mining in two block tall fashion.
