I've never been so frustrated with a game before. I've used two mouses for this game both with different scroll wheels and yet the sensitivity for scrolling in this game is ridiculous.

This IS A BUG, not a feature anymore. It makes the game unplayable because I can barely hold onto an item as even MOVING MY MOUSE across my desk will make my Hotbar scroll though items bc it's so sensitive with two completely different mouses from different companies.

1) I have no problems with any other of 30+ games I play or applications.

2) I have tried turning down sensitivity (no such thing by the way on windows, but I've set scroll lines to zero in settings and even tried regedit) and even at zero MC still takes the scroll input while other applications do not.

3) I've tried using Logitech and other drivers to reduce sensitivity and still MC does not adhere to these.

4) It blows my mind that there are not setting where I can either unbind scroll up and down from my Hotbar or reduce the sensitivity in MC.

I've been through reddit, numerous forums, and all of the jobs here. There have been so many posts about this and yet nothing has been done. Please for the love of God add Hotbar scroll binding to the setting so I can unbind my mouse scroll from it.
