When toggling between DXR on and DXR off, I encounter severe VRAM usage increases multiple GB above what my GPU has.  This also causes/is accompanied by a massive drop in FPS, sometimes to unplayable levels.

Note that when I first start up a DXR world the game stays within my GPU's 8GB VRAM limit.  However once I turn DXR off, the VRAM usage continues to grow until I turn DXR on, at which point it will decrease, but never back to how it started at/below my GPU's 8GB limit.

I'm pretty sure this is a bug as I saw VRAM sometimes exceed 12GB, and considering the only GPU that could handle that is a RTX TITAN I am lead to believe this is a bug.

      My system specs -

Ryzen 9 3900X (PBO enabled, liquid cooled)

RTX 2080SUPER (overclocked core and memory)

      4x8GB GDDR4 3200MHz (runs at 2400MHz for stability reasons, FCLK 1:1)

      ASRock X570 Gaming 4

      Intel 660p 1TB M.2 NVMe drive

      800W 80+ Gold PSU

Game played on a 4K monitor with DLSS enabled

I am fairly certain this PC is plenty powerful enough to run the game well if this VRAM issue was addressed.  You should be able to reproduce the issue with the information provided above
