Screen corruption in RTX Beta (Looks like wrapped vertexes)

      Screen corruption and menu corruption after roughly 1 or 2 minutes after launching new world.

      See attached image.

      It looks like the vertexes are wrapped or the scale factor is negative if that makes sense. Been awhile since I did graphics programming but it looks like when you would accidentally set a negative scale value on geometry causing the texture to appear wrapped around.

      World: Neon District using Nvidia HD Foundation Texture Pack.

      Specs: 2080 Ti, 3950x, 32GB RAM, NVMe drive installed location. Edit: Using latest Nvidia drivers for RTX Beta support.

      I was unable to find any logs in the game's main directory to provide more details sadly.
