When I attempt to sign in, it won't sign into my account.  I have logged out of my Xbox/Microsoft account and logged back in.  The password is correct.  I have deleted Minecraft from my phone and downloaded it again.  Nothing works and it won't let me sign in.  It just spins as if it is thinking but doesn't go anywhere.
