After dying in the end while getting elytra in survival, I rushed to the nether to take the little highway I made. I jumped into the portal that takes me to my stronghold and jumped straight into the end portal. This, in turn, crashed the game. After a few test it seems that if you still have the nether sounds playing or the nausea still is active that if you jump into the end portal, the game gets confused.
