This has happened twice at two different locations in the same world. I would start a raid but my Minecraft PE would crash during the raids. When I logged back into the same world, the raid bar is frozen and no raid mobs would spawn leaving me no way to complete the raid. Now the frozen raid bar is at the top of my screen and appears every time I come close to where the raid took place.
