This is hard to verify exactly what is going on, but when I travel through areas I've been before, there's terrain that's been destroyed for no reason  In areas I traverse often, there's substantial amounts of destruction, sometimes digging deep holes and exposing cave systems..  In Bedrock 1.14, nothing but players, snow golems, Johnny, and the Wither should be triggering creepers, but it looks like creepers have been blowing up in areas no player has been (it's a single-player world), and none of those other things exist.
