I purchased Minecraft for PS4 on January. After playing for a couple of months or so without issues, the game won't start anymore. It stays in splash screen as loading and it won't go further (see attached screenshot).

I've tried the same game (it's a CD) on a different PS4 and it can be played without issues. Do I need to delete data from my PS4 or something to make it work again? My son wouldn't like losing all his progress.

Current version is 2.06, updated 15th april 2020.

I opened a ticket on february the 29th (support request 292149) but it was closed without being solved at all.
