Villagers sometimes in Minecraft Pocket Edition will despawn for up to weeks at a time. This happens randomly and they will randomly respawn. Up to 6 have despawned at one time, and after days, they will start respawning with their professions and experience. This happened in the village I created, if that helps solve the problem.
