Can't load into any maps

      Me and my mates had a world that we have been doing for about 3-4 days and we were lagging a lot and we thought it was internet but and then about 1-2 days ago we couldn't load into the nether without freezing then crashing and now yesterday I can't load into any of my worlds without freezing them crashing
