App stuck on 1.14.3002.0.  Microsoft Store shows update available, downloads a 1.52MB file, installs, says "Completed".  Then in immediately starts downloading the update again, installs, completes, starts again, repeat forever.  I'm unable to get the latest version 1.14.60.

I've tried many different things:

Make sure Windows Update has installed all updates for Windows.

Rebooted (many times)

Uninstalled Minecraft (many times)

Reset Microsoft Store using wsreset.exe (many times).
