Yesterday I purchased the Minecraft Master's Collection for PC which comes with 1000 coins. I spent some of those coins on skins. As it turns out, the skins I purchased have to be re-purchased.

However, the coins I spent on those clothes are still gone from the first transaction. I spent coins on clothes that disappeared in less than 24 hours.

I'm not entirely sure where to get help with this as some FAQs suggest that this is an Xbox Live issue or a Microsoft Store issue.
