Starting today, I get error popups when launching the game:

"Failed to load character 2"

"Failed to load character 3"

etc.

Furthermore, I have lost access to all of my purchased skins! I paid actual money for these and now can't access them. That is not OK under any circumstances.

Internet connection is fine. Reinstalled the app. Plenty of free disk. Don't know what the problem is.

Microsoft bought this for TWO BILLION DOLLARS, yet it's shockingly amateurish.
