All of my purchases that have been made on my PS4 are all gone. This is almost $100 worth of texture packs and worlds. This must be fixed immediately as I have an assignment due this week using Minecraft and since I have started the world now the world is locked.

Also I am unable to withstand a purchase. I bought something today and I am unable to use it.
