purchased starwars pack not in purchased history said error loading character 4

      I loaded up minecraft and couldnt see my orignal character I had purchased skin packs a long time ago and all of a sudden they are all gone. Not only on PC but on PS4 minecraft (I checked both) I lost my purchased skins. I dont wish to repurchase something that Ive already bought.
