My understanding that this feature was going to be available in 0.9.0. I looked for a lake or any body of water and dug until water was directly above the block I was under. Did not see or notice droplets dripping. Affected in Build 2 as well.

What I expected to happen was...:
See water dripping from ceiling of block that is directly below one block of water.

What actually happened was...:
No drips.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find water and dig until you are below it.
2. Make sure you are below water (water comes from top and not sides)
3. Notice no drips from ceiling of block that is directly under a body of water?
