Whenever i join a world where it was already raining, the rain fog disappears, the rain splashes disappear, and the rain sounds stop playing. I haven't tested if this works on another player's words, however.

How to reproduce this bug: (Doesn't happen all the time)

1 | When its raining, leave the world you are currently in, and then join it again

2 | After step one, you should notice that the rain sounds don't play, the rain fog disappears, and the rain splashes are no longer visible.
