Sorry if i am putting this in the wrong place but I want to report an issue with Minecraft PS4 Bedrock Edition (physical media disc used), 

Everytime the game is turned on the loading bar is around one third full and it stays that way for a very long time then when i get to the main menu the character settings have not loaded. The last time i tried today I couldn't access the minecraft store. 

That's the issue i have been having the last few days.
