When someone in multiplayer exits out of the game if they where in a house they will spawn on top of the house also when they are in a cave when they exit the game a come back they spawn on the ground and a chance of dieing!
Another bug that has happen to me and my brother all the time is when we race with minecarts they other player will see them going crazy in the minecart of being turn around but the host player see them as normal. I believe its because of many turns happening in the race.

Also another bug in multiplayer the other player will see mobs like zombies burn black instead on fire. It kind of creepy when seeing a skeleton burning because it looks like a wither skeleton.
