This Bug happens on all iOS 64Bit Devices.
Personally tested on iPad Mini2 and iPhone 5S.
A friend confimed me that on iPhone 6/Plus and on an iPhone 5S too.

The framerate drops really hard when there are many leaves too,render.

0.9 was 10 times smoother on iOS 64Bit Devices.

The Reason for the lagg is as I said the leaves.

I also made a video with 10mbit Bitrate and 60FPS which was rendered down by MovieMake to really low Bitrate and 25 FPS as i was under stress:
