Well my computer doesn't like to have multiple tabs open but usually its fine with minecraft open. And Minecraft java open. Anyways I was heading over to my castle world on bedrock and this world corrupted with the message "There was a problem loading this world" so I did a tutorial that fixed it but not really. Anyways I rebuilt what I did pretty fast because I didnt have much down yet. So I worked on the castle all day and night and when I tried to open the world it crashed and when I opened it the world was gone, and my awesome testing world was corrupted and said "There was a problem loading this world" I also noticed how most of its data was gone as it had way more than just 1.9Mb on it. So in one fell swoop I lost my 2 best worlds on minecraft. I just wish it wouldn't do that. But I was thinking to fix that would be to have it back-up the world every so often so if it corrupts then I can just go back a hour or two rather than all of my days work. Thanks for helping in advance! Also theres a picture of the corrupted world on top and the other photo is a screenshot of the first castle I built I dont think I have a picture of the 2nd one but it was alot bigger.

Edit: I somehow managed to get the test world back, although the castle world is nowhere in sight. I can see the file for the world with tons of corrupted data in it, but when ever I do the fix it doesn't do anything because the world doesn't show up on my worlds tab. Iv'e looked just about everywhere to bring back the world and when I preformed a file transplant I saw the world for a second, I copied all the data of the world onto another world just like it and I put in the custom file that was fixed. When I exited the the world popped up and I was so happy but when I clicked on it Minecraft crashed and now that I think about it I shouldv'e done a check to see if it was stable but hopefully you can help me fix it! Ok, I can play on it, but everytime I have Valorant open or right after i close it and get on minecraft the world deletes itself and the stuff connected to my computer shuts off, because i have a desktop.
