      Summon a Pillager and Ravager with Spawn Event (minecraft:start_celebrating). They must be passive mob after or while celebrating. and vindicator sometimes fight back when hit by player or other mob sometimes be passive mob "while celebrating". And they must be passive "after celebrating"

       

      Command: /summon pillager ~ ~ ~minecraft:start_celebrating
