When I loaded up my world today a lot of the sound effects were stuttering. Particularly running on grass blocks sounded very choppy. Some passive mob noises were also cutting out. My CPU appeared to be running fine. Also, the music was unaffected, it was just some of the sound effects. After closing the minecraft application entirely it went back to normal.
