We are playing mine craft in PS4 using a disc.

i purchased city life 2 a few days ago, it did keep crashing a lot but would reboot just fine. 
my son has loaded it today and it said a file was missing and we need to download it.

the. Look at going to to the resource setting to change pk. It would not let me do any of that, went back in to store to try and down load would not let me. I down loaded another game/ works Lapis lagoon this will also not down load. 
I have deleted city life 2 from storage and gone back in to store to download , but shocker, it does not down load.

Then in my eager to cheer my son up brought Star Wars skins for the star wars works he had created, thinking this will be ok because it by Mine craft

but the computer says no, no, no! 

 I'm a mother of many talents but PS4 and mine craft are not one of them.

please help !
