Unbreaking enchant no work

      On my diamond pickaxe I have

      Unbreaking 3
      Silk touch 1
      Mending 1
      Efficiency 5

      and my pickaxe goes down like normal it acts as if unbreaking is not working I can only mine like 100 blocks before I need to go repair it
