As you can see in the pictures below, my Treasure Map isn't showing up while holding in my Hand. It's just flickering for some reason. I tried to use a Treasure Map in a completly new World in Creative Mode, but the same problem is occurring. I don't have any Texture Packs installed as you can see in the pictures below. 

(I can't use RTX because of i don't meet the system requirements)

I would appreciate if anyone could help me out here.
