Cause:Importing a custom skin pack And Wearing It In The Profile Screen

Restarting Computer Doesn't Work , Deleting & Reinstalling Doesn't Work , Internet Is Fine , When Going Into A Game And Changing Your Skin(Profile Screen) The Screen Is Infinite And Trying To Back Out Says Multiplayer Restricted Skin Pack , And then You'll Have To Restart Your Game , So This Would Be Considered A Skin Game Breaking Bug As You Can Never Access The Skin Creator 

Solution:Chance That Reinstalling Will Fix The Problem
