The whole illager mechanism is messed up on bedrock, vindicator and evoker captains, dont spawn in the woodland mansion. And bad omen wont stack on bedrock, and when your in raids, no illager wheres the banner like in Java. The only way you can see a illager wearing a banner in bedrock is in a patrol and pillager outpost. But illagers with the banners are supposed to be in raids, this is supposed to make other illagers follow them thus making them harder. And pillagers, witches, and ravagers, dont spawn in the woodland mansion either.
