In my village, a former weaponsmith, who became a fletcher after my cartographer was killed, uses a grindstone instead of a fletching table. The butcher uses a barrel instead of a smoker.

There are also now two fletchers despite there being only one of each workstation in the village.

Also, I don't know if that's a bug but a lot of the villagers chose a job and workstation often at the other end of the village instead of the one in the house they sleep in.
