      I can login with my account only using 4G cellular data. 
      when I switch from 4G to WiFi the screen freezes and I can’t play. 
      if I logout and try to login again with WiFi appears the annoying message “sorry something went wrong blah blah” 

      I have to wait (I hope not too much) until you really fix this and don’t pretend you already did it and redirecting us to another ticket with clearly not solved problem.
