When a player has unlocked a skin item (like a hat) from an achivement and hasn't unlocked a achivement locked emote, the player is able to put any skin item in the emote wheel by clicking on locked emote, than clicking on "View Achivement" button and find some skin item that he has unlocked (skin item must be collected on main menu) and by clicking on it, it gets put in the emote slot.
