Nether reactor is really glitchy.

What I expected to happen was...:
Normally when I make the Nether reactor, it spawns a room of obsidian with some small holes in it. Then all the blocks around the reactor core turn into glowing obsidian and it spawns Zombie Pigmen and items, like sugar cane and seeds.

What actually happened was...:
After I used the Nether Reactor, it trapped me in the room(no holes in the walls) and did not spawn any items or zombie pigmen. I didn't have peaceful on, and didn't have my diamond pick, so I was trapped for at least two MCPE days. Also, the glowing obsidian took the same time to break as cobble with an iron pick.

Steps to Reproduce:
I just made a completely legit Reactor and it completely glitched out.
