The "Glub Glub" headwear in the character creator is apparently unlocked by completing "an achievement". After doing some investigation in the xbox app as shown, I found out that it is unlocked via the completion of the "Moskstraumen" achievement. However, when viewing this achievement in-game, no unlockable is shown.
