Capes disappear after 1.16

      Hi, I use a Star Wars resource pack from an addon in game, I have General Grievous skin from Star Wars prequel pack from Marketplace, before 1.16 release weren't any problems, after the cape from that skin disappeared, only with that resource pack, can you fix that?
