Too many Hostile Mobs

      Too many Hostile mobs are spawning and I've Heard that other people have been getting stuff spawning INSIDE of their homes even when the light level is above 7.  I've never had the issue but I'm tired of creepers constantly blowing up my stuff! Can somebody please fix this?
