Input lag and unresponsive mouse

      There's a 0.7-3 seconds of input lag on my keyboard and my mouse also has the same issue,
      I have a intel core i5-5200 CPU, Windows 10 OS and I've been experiencing this issue as of the nether update, before that my laptop could run Minecraft smoothly and I get frame drops randomly for no reason.
