Steps to replicate error:
1 Launch Minecraft PE app
(when launched artifacting is present in upper right hand corner)
(next the app displays

2 Press play at main menu
3 Select world or create world
(when either you play or press the create button the screen stutters)
(after the stutter finishes then the scree reports another error)
