When you place water with a bucket and try to pick the water up again with a bucket, sometimes it wouldn’t let me pick it up with a bucket, however this doesn’t happen often, I estimate this happens every 20-30 water placements. The only way I can remove the water is by placing a block on the source. Please Fix This
