I bought ‘world of cars’ about 3 weeks ago and whenever I try to load it it crashes the whole app on both my kindle device and also ipad. All other worlds still work fine.

I have kept trying to get it to work and followed advice from developer but it still does not work - is it possible to get a refund of the coins used to purchase this given these issues as I had hoped issues may have been sorted by now.
