Update: When I join using Android and then I try using windows 10, I'm able to join sometimes. But for some reason I'm getting stuck on "locating server"

My singleplayer world doesn't show up to my friends on "Friends" tab. I tried EVERYTHING. I fixed my NAT (I thought that was the problem at first, but wasn't), uninstalled, tried another world, another account, another device (I have Windows 10 version and Android, which for some reason starts the world with multiplayer off everytime, even if I try to change it), another connection (Wi-fi, cable, my phone as router using 4G), checked my privacy settings on Xbox Account and refreshed them to be sure, created another world... It just doesn't work. I can't play multiplayer on my own world with my friends.
