Since installation of my game version 1.14, whenever I am stationery, looking around or at a passive mob, my character would take a random swipe at whatever I am observing. If it is a Zombie pigman, I unintentionally punch it and aggravate the mob. Sometimes I look at a structure with my pickaxe in hand and the character would swipe and break the structure blocks or even worse, take a swipe at the Iron Golem in the village if I am standing in front of it and I get killed. It is very irritating.
